Prices, Terms & Conditions
Prices include hot water, gas, electric and the final cleaning of the apartment.
Towels and soap are provided but we would request that you bring your own towels for use on the beach.
If heating is required for the cooler months we would charge for the amount of gas used to cover the heating costs.
A reasonable amount of wood will be supplied for the wood burner.
The apartment can sleep up to 4 people in 2 bedrooms, each with its own ensuite and we also offer the accommodation for 2 people only.

Prices given below are for a week's stay in the apartment La Dimora on the first floor of the house.
We do normally request a minimum stay of 5 nights and during the peak season from 20 July to 30 August 2024 a minimum stay of 6 nights.

Bookings
A deposit of 25% is required to secure a booking with the balance required 4 weeks prior to arrival.
Payments can be made by bank transfer or Paypal. Please note payments by Paypal will incur a 2% fee.
We hope you will understand that cancellations made within the 4 week period prior to arrival will lose the deposit unless we are able to re-let the apartment.
It is advisable to take out travel insurance to cover such eventualities.

Arrival/Departure
On the day of arrival we would request that you do not arrive earlier than 4pm and vacate the apartment by 10am on the morning of departure.
This allows us sufficient time to prepare fully for the arrival of our next guests.

Cleaning
Clean towels and bedding are provided every week.
We do not charge for the final clean but would ask that you leave the apartment in a reasonably clean and orderly state.
Do please let us know if there are any damages or breakages so we can sort these for the next guests.
There is a washing machine in the house which may be used. We offer a free wash but would ask for a small contribution for any subsequent use.

House Rules
We don't really like rules, especially on holiday! but we would request that smoking is restricted to outside areas only. Thank you! :-)

The owners do not accept any liability for injury, loss or damage suffered on their premises.
